problems with yoga, not enough butt? details!?
okie so ive been doing yoga booty ballet videos.. and i cant do some of the moves!
people make fun of me cause i have no butt, so i want to tone it up.
and whenever they make you sit on yoru 'sit bones' they dig into the matt and it hurts! so i put a little blanket under me but it doesnt help. only thing that does is when i put my hand under my butt.. but that makes it super hard to do the moves.
im not boney im 5"2 and 107 pounds.
what can i do to help this.. i cant gain much muscle in the butt but i love the video!
